Villa Flores, a HUD-funded project, is a seven-story, 75-unit, affordable senior housing apartment building with subterranean parking for 41 cars. The design features elevator lobbies with an exterior curtain wall, a community room for social and recreational activities, and an award-winning outdoor courtyard.
