This 88-unit affordable senior housing project in downtown Los Angeles was converted from an existing nine-story medical office building. Project amenities include a community room, community dining facility with a commercial kitchen, private rooms for counseling services, and an outdoor fountain in the entry courtyard. In addition to the building conversion, the concrete frame was seismically strengthened and the basement foundation was extensively renovated. The project was funded by HUD and CRA.
