Once the home to the famous Pioneer Bakery, Venice on Rose is a mixed-use development in the heart of Venice featuring 65 one- and two-bedroom apartment units and five townhome-style units with 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Two levels of subterranean parking for 257 cars are included in the project. Venice on Rose achieved LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Sustainable features include an energy-efficient facade, solar hot water system, drought resistant landscaping, and energy efficient appliances. The project also incorporates local and recycled materials.
