Morley Builders provided general contracting services and self-performed structural concrete work for this five-story wood-framed structure over slab-on-grade, 178-unit student housing project located on the USC Health Sciences Campus. Apartments are two-, three- and four-bedroom configurations. Student amenities include a lounge, pool and spa, fitness center, meeting spaces, and build-out of a childcare facility on the ground level.

Logistical challenges included sharing one access road with three other general contractors working on separate projects adjacent to each other. The core and shell for the pool, spa and associated MEP and site utility work in the courtyard was completed early, prior to start of framing.
