Morley Construction Company provided structural concrete subcontracting services for this 294,000-square-foot building with 254 guest rooms, 25,000 square feet of meeting space, and subterranean parking for 125 cars. Amenities such as a 750-seat conference room, full-service restaurant and bar, onsite catering services, outdoor event deck overlooking the UCLA campus and downtown Westwood, fitness center, and business center offer guests everything they need for their stay. Keeping in line with UCLA’s commitment to sustainability, the center meets LEED Platinum requirements and practices other environmental precautions.
