Two common buildings feature full outdoor barbecue islands, operating fireplaces, lounges, presentation rooms with audio/visual capabilities, computer rooms, and study rooms. The undergraduate common building also features a resort-size swimming pool with spa, laundry room, exercise room, and a game room with billiards and air hockey.
