The third phase of UCI’s student housing development consists of three distinct sites: Puerta del Sol, Camino del Sol, and a 530,000-square-foot parking structure.

Camino del Sol includes 22, three-story apartment townhomes with 331 units, an 11,800-square-foot community building, and a maintenance building. This undergraduate housing development features 485,000 square feet of gross residential space with 1,198 beds in units ranging from one- to four-bedrooms. A pool complex and outdoor kitchen are also included in the project. This phase of the project achieved LEED Gold certification.
