Morley Construction Company provided concrete services for the expansion of Torrey Reserve Office Complex in Carmel Valley, adding five, two-story office buildings and two subterranean parking garages. Three new buildings are located on the east side of El Camino Real: a 20,800-square-foot building, a 13,000-square-foot medical building, and a 4,600-square-foot building on the edge of Arroyo Sorrento. The next phase of work added two more 20,000-square-foot buildings. Morley’s scope of work included foundations, cast-in-place walls, columns, and decks.
