Thornton Lofts is a beach-side mixed-use development consisting of two buildings, one with four units and one with six. The loft-style units range in size from 2,500 square feet to 2,800 square feet and feature exposed structural steel elements, polished concrete floors and ocean views. The project includes 1,000 square feet of retail space along Ocean Front Walk and partial subterranean parking.
