Morley Construction Company provided the structural concrete services for this seven-level, 720-space post-tensioned parking structure to service the growth of the adjacent Sharp Chula Vista Hospital. A 122-foot-tall multi-colored glass structural steel elevator tower serves as a focal point and leads patients and visitors down towards the entryway to the hospital.

This project also includes a replacement cooling tower for the hospital and a half-mile loop road connecting the campus to Medical Center Court. Additional features include pathways leading to a beautifully landscaped healing garden with seating.
