The Senator Hotel is a 99-room, four-story, masonry and wood-frame hotel transformed into affordable apartments, replacing the original hotel built in 1941. The original 1911 Spring Street façade was fully restored, seismically strengthened and architecturally integrated into the new building. Facilities include common kitchen and lounge areas on the first and fourth floors, private bathrooms in each room and common bathroom/shower facilities on each floor.
