Morley Construction Company provided structural concrete subcontracting services for the new construction of a long-span parking garage, part of the Qualcomm’s Pacific Center campus expansion. With six levels of parking amassing 473,000 square feet for 1,516 cars, the structure features moment frame beams (no shear walls) and painted concrete finishes. Approximately 14,500 cubic yards of concrete were placed on the project.
