University Towers provides 278 student beds in 82 units in a four-story dormitory building on the Pepperdine campus. Public amenities include laundry rooms, a billiard room, a lounge, a recreation room, and an outdoor volleyball court. Approximately 100 surface parking spaces were also included in the project.
