Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for the Pendry Hotel, a 12-story boutique hotel located in the heart of the Historic Gaslamp Quarter. Sitting on a 40,000-square-foot footprint, the hotel consists of 280 rooms and 36 suites with three levels of subterranean parking for 170 cars. Hotel amenities include an 8,600-square-foot ballroom and meeting rooms, elevated pool deck with bar, spa, and fitness area. The street level houses several restaurants, bars, and a nightclub in keeping with the lively atmosphere.

Successful pre-planning by the Morley team to adjust to tight-site conditions and limited street closures resulted in meeting critical project milestones. Over 21,000 cubic yards of concrete were placed on the project.
