This fast-track, design-build parking structure serves visitors of the Topanga Mall. A major renovation and expansion to the Westfield Topanga shopping mall required nearly 2,000 additional parking spaces. Morley teamed with International Parking Design and Ficcadenti & Waggoner to design and build a new parking structure. The structure now has 815,631 sf of above-grade levels that accommodate 1,827 cars.

Approximately 32,000 cubic yards of concrete were used to complete the project.
