Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for One Westside, a first-of-its-kind mall-to-office conversion in Silicon Beach. The redevelopment project transformed the former Westside Pavilion shopping mall into 584,000 square feet of creative office space for a leading tech giant tenant.

Morley provided the structural concrete for the project, totaling nearly 12,000 cubic yards. Scope of work included added foundations, walls, deck infills, topping slabs, curbs, and pads associated with the approximately 900,000-square-foot, 3-story structure. The project is LEED Gold certified.
