The LEED Silver Equivalent facility features a 50.77kW CEC-AC roof-mounted photovoltaic panel system; a Sarnafil single-ply PVC membrane roof system; a drywell for storm run-off; white concrete site work; Flogard® LoPro fossil filters for roof and site drainage; native, drip-irrigated plant material; exterior and interior lighting controls; 13 4-foot by 8-foot vented and 8 non-vented skylights; flash water heaters; and no VOC paints and coatings.
