Leavey Student Apartment Buildings 4, 5, and 6 was a fast-track project on the bluffs of the Loyola Marymount University campus. Buildings 4 and 5 consist of two apartment buildings with 93 units and 354 beds. Each unit has cable drops and T-1 data lines for each resident. The units feature kitchens and common areas include an open courtyard design with tiered lawn areas, community laundry rooms, reception area, staff offices, meeting rooms, and public restrooms.
Building 6 is a four-story student dormitory with 48 units and 178 student beds. Each unit has television ports, high-speed data lines, and a full kitchen. Other design features include an open courtyard, convenience store, laundry room, and a reception area. Building 6 obtained LEED Gold certification.
