The Hollywood YMCA underwent extensive renovation, structural upgrades, and restoration to its historic three-story residential tower/office building. The dance studios, swimming pools, fitness center, recreation, and locker room facilities were modernized, including upgraded mechanical and electrical systems. The Y remained fully occupied and operational throughout construction.
