Morley Construction Company provided concrete subcontracting services for Hallasan Apartments, a 37-story residential high-rise tower featuring 375 contemporary units and retail space located in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles. The 695,600-square-foot, Type I project includes 28 stories of residential apartments, 7 stories of above-grade parking, 1 level of lobby/leasing and amenity space, a rooftop pool and lounge, and 3 levels of subterranean parking.

Morley’s structural concrete scope of work consisted of 39,600 total cubic yards of concrete. This included 7,500 cubic yards of mat foundation, 1,300 cubic yards of below-grade decks, 18,500 cubic yards of above-grade decks, and 2,700 cubic yards of columns.
