College View Apartments is a new apartment complex adjacent to the San Diego State University campus. The project consists of a six-story, Type III over Type I building featuring 90 units totaling 170,503 gross square feet. Apartments are one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations with in-unit laundry. A parking structure on the ground level provides 41 parking spaces, 10 motorcycle spaces, long- and short-term bike storage, and resident locker storage. Amenities include offices, business center, coworking space, fitness facility with yoga and tanning rooms, pool and spa with adjoining lounge and outdoor kitchen, and a landscaped courtyard with barbecues.
