10 West Walnut is an extensive mixed-use project in Old Town Pasadena consisting of five, five-story residential buildings (AMLI Old Pasadena Apartments), a commercial office building (10 West Pasadena Offices), and a 460,000-square-foot subterranean parking garage with 1,119 spaces. The project totals over 1,200,000 square feet.
AMLI Old Pasadena features 394 luxury apartment units in studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations and over 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurant spaces. Amenities include a clubroom, business center with collaboration spaces and conference room, theater, lounge with kitchen, makers lab, two-story fitness center, roof deck lounge with outdoor kitchen, pool and spa, and courtyards with lounge seating, fire pits, and grills. The pet-friendly complex also includes a dog park and paw wash. The development achieved LEED Silver certification.
