5600 Wilshire is a classic mixed-use project featuring 284 units over three levels (one subterranean) of parking for 596 cars. The project boasts 13,200 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and retail space along Wilshire Boulevard, as well as a recreation center with pool and spa for residents. Construction was completed three months ahead of schedule – in 24 months.
The project achieved LEED Silver certification and was the first multifamily development in Los Angeles to receive a GreenPoint-Rated designation from Build It Green. Throughout the accelerated construction process, Morley diverted more than 70% of construction waste, utilized more than 20% of post- and pre-consumer recycled content, and secured more than 40% of all materials and furnishings from vendors that were within a 500-mile radius.
