10 West Walnut is an extensive mixed-use complex in Old Town Pasadena incorporating a residential development (AMLI Old Pasadena Apartments) and an office complex (10 West Pasadena Office) totaling over 1,200,000 square feet.
10 West Pasadena Offices consists of a five-story, Class A creative office building totaling 233,000 square feet with three levels of subterranean parking and ground-floor restaurant space. The office and residential sections are joined by a shared podium deck providing 1,119 parking spaces. The exterior features a repeating brick frame and large windows with fixed and sliding glass panels. Two ground-floor lobbies with vertical cores allow for a variety of tenant configurations. Pocket glass walls connect the lobbies to the street. Office interiors are open concrete structures, finished to accommodate high ceilings. The office building achieved LEED Gold certification.
